1. Returns
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Approve refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.

3. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at dsilmora23@gmail.com with photos of the damage. we will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items that arrive in sub-standard condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:

Final sale or clearance items.

We offer a 15-day easy return policy for all unused and unworn items—no questions asked.

However, returns are not applicable on:

Personalised jewellery
Silver coins, utensils
God idols

Exceptions apply only in case of defective or incorrect products.

Products purchased outside official DSilmora platforms (website, app, or exclusive stores) will be subject to the respective seller’s return policies.

Missing items in return shipments may lead to deductions up to full product value, including free gifts or promotional items

While most pin codes are serviceable for both delivery and returns, in rare cases:

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may ship via a trusted courier (e.g., India Post)
DSilmora will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹70
Any amount exceeding ₹70 will be adjusted against the refund.

Missing or Damaged Orders
In the rare case of:

Missing items
Empty parcel
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Claims without sufficient proof or with signs of tampering may not be accepted.

Final Note

We offer refund / exchange within first 15 days from the date of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.
